Why wood

Wood is the one material that gets better with the miles. Ply and hardwood built-ins weigh less than you'd think, take a knock without cracking, and damp the rattle a metal cabin throws at you. Oiled, they wipe clean; scratched, they sand out. A van in wood is warmer to be in, quieter to drive, and still standing when the vehicle is ready for its second owner.
